The cancellation request must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date to take effect. 10 Renewal All subscription plans shall auto-renew on the 1st of each month until such time as you cancel your account. 11 Indemnification Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MonthlySkateClub.com against any liabilities arising out of defective products sold to customers from the MonthlySkateClub.com website, personal injury or property damage caused by products or services sold or distributed from the MonthlySkateClub.com website. 12 Arbitration By using any MonthlySkateClub.com products or services, clients agree to binding arbitration.
