When are orders shipped out? We ship orders out on the 15th of each month. Who is this club for? Skaters, yo! Or anyone who wishes to get into the bad ass hobby known as skating. Also known as sk8r's. Can I choose my skateboard? Negative, ghost rider. We randomly select skateboards before shipping. We choose only high quality, name brand boards from companies like Almost, Darkstar, Cliche, Blind, Zero and Enjoi. This process helps us to keep the low price point. What name brand skateboards do you carry? I'd thought you'd never ask! (*see above) - We carry name brand boards from companies like Almost, Darkstar, Cliche, Blind, Zero and Enjoi. What name brand trucks and wheels do you carry with your completes? Finally a well thought out, civilized question. The majority of trucks that we send out are Slant brand. The wheels we send match whatever brand of skateboard we send. In other words if this month's board is a Enjoi, it will come with Enjoi wheels. If it's Almost or Darkstar it will come with Almost or Darkstar wheels. I'm 17. Can I order? Sorry there partner, but you have to wait until your at least 18 to purchase a skateboard from us. Get your parents permission! They love you! Can I send skateboards as a gifts? You-bet-cha. Simply put the intended's shipping address down as the address of delivery. Do you accept returns or exchanges? Unfortunately due to our low price, club model, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. When does my subscription plan renew? For customer convenience all plans are set to auto-renew on the 1st of each month until you cancel. How do I cancel my account? We hate to see you go, after all you mean so very much to us. To cancel simply email our team at skate@monthlyskateclub.com and we'll cancel or adjust your billing increment |
